Once upon a time Dutch Queen stayed in two adjacent villas (one was Villa Moderna) during her royal visit to Sint Maarten. Since then this stunning villa underwent extensive renovation in 2014 and was offered for rent early in 2015 for the first time. Totally beautiful, privately owned, fully air-conditioned 2,400 sq.ft. (250 sq.m.) oceanfront villa is located right on the beach. It has all the amenities one could wish for including private pool at the covered front balcony. The privacy and the beauty of this Villa are unsurpassed. Maximum occupancy is six persons.

Park your cars in the gated, covered parking garage (there is space for two cars) and a few steps away you enter another world: spectacular open-concept living room/dining room/ kitchen area with breath-taking views of the Caribbeans and the islands of Saba, Statia, and St. Kitts.

Pass by a contemporary kitchen and peak into the refrigerator/wine cellar, make a stop at the bar and proceed to the living/dining room welcoming you with the beauty and convenience of a luxury accommodation. The living room has 50′ smart TV with easy access to Netflix and Platinum package cable channels, the DVD player and the sound system to create the experience of a movie theater.

The fully equipped kitchen will impress you with beautiful quartz counters, island, and a modern bar for convenient dining.

The dramatic stairs with glass railings will lead you to 2 almost identical bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, flat screen TVs, and access to the balcony with stunning unobstructed views of the Caribbean and the island of Saba. Each bedroom has an over sized closet on the way to the modern bathrooms.

There is a full bathroom and a separate laundry room on the ground floor.

The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper which can be used to sleep two people separately, or can be converted into a king size sofa sleeper.

Villa Moderna is privately owned and operated, however all the amenities of the Beach Club are available, including the activities desk with concierge, Olympic size pool with an island and gardens, gym, and car rental desk. Cupecoy Beach is within 5 min walking. You can also walk to Citrus restaurant and Atlantis Casino with all its restaurants. Just after that is the Mullet Bay Golf Course. It will take you 7 min to walk to the Blue Mall and Porto Cupecoy with its restaurants and gourmet Grocery store.The airport is about 15 minutes by car. It is about the same 15 minutes by car to southeast and Marigot, the French side capital, and to Philipsbourg.
