Arun’s parents came to St. Maarten on their honeymoon in the early 1970’s and never left! He was born and raised on the island but also spent 12 years living abroad in New Jersey, London, and Miami. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Florida International University (FIU), and a BTEC National Diploma in Hospitality Management from Southgate College (London, England). He became a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida during his senior year at FIU, he moved back to St. Maarten in 2002… and has been serving the local real estate market ever since. In 2009 he started the ISLAND REAL ESTATE TEAM (IRE Team), and in 2016 he formed a strategic partnership to create a complimentary business IRE VACATIONS.

Arun is widely recognized within the local community as “that real estate guy” largely due to his appearance on popular US TV shows such as House Hunters International (HGTV), Caribbean Life (HGTV), Open House (NBC).

Andrew Ewing Born in England, lived in Australia and USA before moving to St. Maarten.  Married with 2 boys.  Enjoying a growing real estate career.

Cherise grew up in St. Vincent & the Grenadines and moved to St. Maarten in 1995. From age 11, she knew that Hospitality would be her focus of study. That dream came to fruition when she left the island to study Hospitality & Tourism in Toronto & New Hampshire. She has over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry specifically in Hotels (Marriott) & Vacation Rentals& Sales (The Cliff at Cupecoy). Born and raised on St.  Maarten, Kalifa has a master’s degree in communications and 15 years corporate experience in the travel industry.  She’s lived and worked in Florida, New York, St.  Maarten, London and Spain, yet St. Maarten remains home.  Kalifa previously led marketing and communications at SXM Airport, honing her commercial real estate skills by overseeing a diverse portfolio of 30+ retail and food & beverage concessions.  Committed to excellence, integrity, and contributing to St. Maarten’s development, she transitioned to real estate, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a unique blend of local insight and global experience to the real estate landscape on the island.
