The restaurant for sale is located in Cupecoy area next to the AUC (American university of medicine) and the CIA (Canadian School).

The area is always crowded with students, because all of them live close by and go to the AUC.  The restaurant is never empty.

The lease is a 10 year lease with $1250 rent for the 1 lobby (where the kitchen is) and $700 for the second lobby.
