Terres Basses is an exclusive community in the “Lowland” area on the Western end of St. Maarten past Simpson Bay Lagoon. The area boasts three of St. Martin’s most gorgeous beaches, all a short drive from Villa FrangiPani: Plum Bay (one of the Island’s most romantic beaches), Baie Rouge (with its breathtaking view of Anguilla) and Baie Longue (location of the La Samanna Hotel that caters to the rich and famous).
