“Villa Serengeti Rental”

This spacious villa is located at Almond Grove in Cole Bay.

Almond Grove is well known on Sint Maarten; this area is very private and quiet; there is a 24 hour security go to into Almond Grove and patrol in the residence.

Almond Grove is made up of multiple private villas with their own plot, not all villas got an amazing view of the ocean.  

Villa Serengeti got a 180 degree view, amazing!  You  can see the ocean, the lagoon, Cole Bay, Simpson Bay and more … from the villa!!

The villa is located high on the hill, but is easily accessible.  Its got 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.  The first bedroom is a junior room on the main floor of the villa, there is also a shower/bathroom just 2 steps away from the room.  The two other bedrooms are master bedrooms, both of them has been built in a “tower-like construction”. 

The first master bedroom is down the stairs, its very spacious bedroom with large window that give a view on the deck and pool, there is a bathroom attached to the bedroom, modern bathroom with black toilet / sink and red tile on the wall, looks really good.  To access the big master bedroom, you have to take the stair up of the tower (there are not many steps, so no worries).

The main master bedroom is big and got big window open on the private  large terrace only accessible from this bedroom, there is a view of the ocean and more.  The bedroom got an ensuite bathroom very original, everything is open and made with blue mosaic, large bath tube is included in the bathroom with a dolphin on the top of it.

The villa is on an open floor plan, there are 3 living rooms, with 3 different atmospheres.

One of the living room is more in the background and connected to the garden where you can chill under a tree, its shadier and relax.  Only 3 steps down to be in the main living room more spacious and only 3 steps down to be in the main living room more spacious and ventilated and leads to the kitchen, the deck with large terrace, jacuzzi and the infinity pool.

The 3rd living room is more a lunch/dinner room with big windows open on the AMAZING 180 degrees view, you will mostly spend family dinner / lunch time here, with the fresh breeze.

The kitchen overlooks those living rooms, you can keep an eye on what is happening in the living room and admire the ocean at the same time while cooking.

From the main living room, you can access to a very large outdoor space, big deck with a jacuzzi, that falls into the infinity pool.  Pool and jacuzzi are designed to be under the sun to keep the water at the right temperature, ut with a little shade, chill in the hot tub or admire the view while sipping in your infinity pool.  The deck leads also to the garage, where you can fit at least two cars, or you can even turn it into an additional apartment or bedroom.
